Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

All the items ordered by you, can be cancelled any time before the items in transit for the shipment. The item which is in transit for the shipment on the way to delivery by the courier partner can not be cancelled.

The shipped items are only for refund/replacement and can not be cancelled. So the shipping cost of the items can be deducted from your refund if you fail to cancel before shipping. Refund or Replacement can be applied when the status of the item is Delivered.

The customers who frequently cancel the orders will not be able to order "Cash on Delivery". They will have to pay digitally while placing order.

If the order is cancelled by Like India team, the whole amount paid by you will be refunded within 7 working days. Your paid amount is safe and secure with us.

Return/Replacement Policy

All the items are eligible for free replacement/refund within 2-3 days (60 hours) of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or differently/wrong item delivered to you.

If our items unlikely found damaged, defective or different/wrong, you are requested to inform us immediately and upload the snapshots of the items and the packets with shipping label delivered to you for our surety.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards and all other accompaniments in manufacture packing for successful return pick-up. Do not remove or tear the shipping label from the outer box or packet. Otherwise the replacement or refund can not be approved.

Our team will check your uploaded snapshots and may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Only the items under warranty are replaced within warranty period but the warranty card or all the other accompaniments in manufacture packing should be returned with the items.

If you want to return/replace our items, you are requested not to use it. The used items are not returned or replaced.

When our team is sure to get return/replacement, the item is replaced as soon as possible and to get return your amount will be refunded withing 7 working days from return pick-up in to the account paid through or the bank account submitted by you.

For the Cash on Delivery the amount will be refunded in to such an account which is submitted by you while you apply refund.
